About Win
Our Mission
WIN is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women in need who are living in war zones and facing daily battles. At WIN, we believe in empowering women by providing them with financial resources and opportunities to showcase their skills and talents. Our mission is to support women by selling their crafts on our marketplace, giving them the means to support themselves and their families.
We work directly with charities that support Women In Need, providing them with the tools and resources necessary to create beautiful handmade crafts. These crafts are then sold on our marketplace, with the proceeds going directly back to the women who created them.

By selling their crafts on our platform, these women are not only able to earn a living, but also gain a sense of pride and accomplishment. In addition to our marketplace, we also partner with artists who create art for the cause. These artists donate a portion of their proceeds to WIN, helping us to continue our important work of supporting women in need.
Through our marketplace and partnerships with artists, we aim to help women create a sustainable source of income, while also raising awareness about the challenges they face on a daily basis. Founder
Tal Navarro is an International speaker, Lifestyle Blogger, TV persona & the founder of Social Lady Media Agency, specializing in building NFT & Crypto projects, online presence, digital marketing strategy, content creation and web2 + web3 promotions. Also focusing on NFT projects developments and growth. Entrepreneur and a pioneer at the digital marketing arena in Israel.
Julian Gold
Business Advisor
Dr. Gold is the Beverly Hills mayor for the 3rd time.
A board-certified anesthesiologist practicing for 40 years, Dr. Gold was Co-Chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles from January 1991 until April 2019 and was a member of their Board of Directors. Since April 2019, Dr. Gold has worked in support of medically related startup companies. He serves as an expert consultant to the medical, legal and business communities on a broad range of subjects.
