In the event that artwork or any item for purchase is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, WW3 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order(s) listed at the incorrect price. WW3 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order(s) whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, WW3 shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term and Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or purchasing process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by WW3 without notice at any time, for any reason. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WW3 assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service and/or purchasing the artwork and/or other items for sale (collectively, the “Service”); (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein; (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (v) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; and/or (vi) any errors or omissions in any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service. In no event shall WW3, its affiliated, related and subsidiary entities, and each of its and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers be liable to you for any claims, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses or costs in an amount exceeding the amount you paid to WW3 hereunder or $100.00, whichever is greater. No action, regardless of form or nature, arising out of this agreement may be brought by or on behalf of you more than one (1) year after the cause of action first arose.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, WW3 may link to sites operated by third parties.
